My Leave Days (the “app”, at myleavedays.co.uk) helps offshore crew track their leave-day balance. This policy explains what the app collects, why, and the control you have over it. The app is operated by Forth Host & Web Design (“we”, “us”). For any question, contact hello@myleavedays.co.uk.
We do not collect location, contacts, photos, advertising identifiers or usage analytics, and the app contains no third-party tracking or advertising.
Your data is stored on our own servers, not on a third-party platform. Each account can only read and write its own data. We use one processor, Resend, purely to deliver account emails; the only thing shared with them is the email address a message is being sent to. We do not sell or share your data with anyone else.
We keep your data for as long as your account exists. You can delete your account at any time from You → Delete my account in the app. Deleting your account permanently removes your account and all your leave data from our servers. Backups are kept for up to 14 days and then overwritten.
Under UK GDPR you can ask to access, correct or delete your data, or object to how it is used. The app lets you do most of this yourself — edit or remove any entry, and delete your whole account. For anything else, email hello@myleavedays.co.uk and we will respond within 30 days.
All traffic between the app and our servers is encrypted with HTTPS. Passwords are hashed, and access to your data is protected at the database level so one account can never reach another’s.
The app is intended for working offshore crew and is not directed at children under 16.
If we change this policy we will update the date at the top of this page. Significant changes will be flagged in the app.
